Most “gentle” methods unintentionally suppress emotions, which then build up and lead to frequent night wakings. The RESTED™ approach addresses the root cause—supporting your child to release accumulated stress and feelings, so they can truly relax and sleep deeply.
Plus, we’re not only working on sleep strategies but also on strengthening your own capacity to be with your child’s big feelings. This is powerful work that transforms not just sleep, but all your relationships, including the one with yourself.

RESTED is designed for babies, toddlers, and young children, however the strategies are also relevant and applicable to teens.

I know you’re busy and exhausted, that’s exactly why I designed this program to fit into your life. The pre-recorded material takes less than 2 hours in total, with each video just 5–15 minutes long. The only extra time you’ll need is for your private coaching sessions (45 minutes each).
