Nik Toth is a Trauma-Informed Parenting Coach trained in Aware Parenting, a Somatic Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Holistic Nutritionist. Drawing from her personal experiences as a mother, Nik combines somatic coaching and NLP to help parents navigate the challenges of caring for babies and young children.
After a traumatic birth and discovering Aware Parenting, Nik became passionate about supporting other parents in nurturing their baby’s emotional well-being, meeting their family’s needs, and achieving better sleep.
Nik teaches parents how to manage the emotional aspects of early parenthood with practical tools and advice, while also guiding them through relationship dynamics to create emotionally healthy family environments.
She specializes in subconscious reprogramming and reparenting, helping parents shift emotional blocks and limiting beliefs to show up as the parent they want to be.
